About If Ye Are Prepared.org
I need something to listen to while I drive to work and exercise at the gym. There is so much media content out there that certainly doesn’t meet the criteria of being virtuous, uplifting or praiseworthy. The Church produces some wonderful content - but its hard to read the Ensign or Teachings of Presidents of the Church while driving or running on a treadmill. The neat thing is that the Church publishes audio of this content on lds.org. The unfortunate thing is that it is still difficult to access.
That’s where ifyeareprepared.org comes in. We post links to the original material on lds.org on a regular schedule so that you can have a steady and measured pace of material to review. You can have content delivered to your newsreader, your email inbox, or to your iPod. Instead of trying to download the audio content of each article or chapter of a book - it will just come to you. Listening is as simple as syncing your iPod or clicking a link.
